Founder & CEO

Peter Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Pune and has worked in various capacities & roles in the corporate world for more than 30 years. His core professional domain has been Banking and Financial Services sector.  His focus has always been building individuals leading to outperforming teams and ensuring  Organizational Excellence. His ‘People Connect’  has always been his defining deliverable. Over the years he has developed people-centred strategies and invested his time and thinking into ‘How Individuals can be aptly trained and made future ready’.  Several instances of his work life point to this commitment.

Peter is a trainer at heart and possesses an agility to spot and hire right resources.  Meeting tough people recruitment targets has been one of his niche deliverables. His societal contacts keep him connected to different ‘people bases.
